Welcome, I’m Leah

I am a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. From a young age, I struggled with anxiety and depression and experienced the debilitating weight of carrying these painful emotions. As I went through my own counselling and personal healing journey, I gained new insights and tools that enabled me to break out of patterns of fear and gain a new sense of freedom and deep inner peace.

Over the years, I found myself increasingly drawn to being a listening ear to others going through their own painful journeys and I began to feel a calling towards this profession. I believe that counselling is meant to be a transformative experience and that there is always hope for positive change, even amidst darkness and despair. I love supporting my clients to blossom and grow to their fullest potential and to achieve their goals for counselling.

My mission is to be a compassionate guide, supporting and empowering you in the areas that are important to you. You are not alone and you are welcome here.

My Services

My primary focus is on providing individual counselling services to adults ages 20 plus.  

I strive to provide counselling services that are inclusive, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and culturally responsive.

As a counsellor, I am committed to on-going learning and professional development so that I can best meet the needs of my clients.

My approach to counselling is not cookie cutter. I prioritize tailoring treatment to the individual needs and preferences of my clients.
